The Roseville Citizens League (formerly known as the Roseville Citizens Council for Fair and Open government or RCCFOG) was organized and incorporated in 1989 as a non-partisan, non-profit civic organization [IRS 501(c)(4)].  The mission of the organization is to involve citizens in the process of formulating public policy and to advocate for changes in local government policies, if needed, to make the government more open and responsive to the citizens it serves.  RCL is concerned with all the government which affects Roseville: City, County, School District, and Watershed District.  From time to time we may provide other services helpful to the community.  The RCL is not affiliated with the Citizens League in St. Paul in any way.

Membership in RCL is open to all residents of Roseville who are not city council members, declared candidates for the city council, city employees, or any of their immediate families.  Membership dues are $15.00 annually for individuals, $25.00 for families.   Meetings are announced and called as necessary.  If you would like to join or get further information send an e-mail to rosevillecl@rosevillecl.org
